Welcome to SunView Care Center - a five-star, state of the art, long-term care facility serving the Southwest.

Sun View is located in Youngtown/Sun City, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona and is a Medicare certified 127 bed facility. We offer 48 beds for Skilled Care and 26 beds for Sub-Acute Care, plus our 53 bed Alzheimer's special care unit called Valencia Villa. Each unit is fully staffed with licensed professional nurses and certified nursing assistants.

The nursing staff at SunView is supported by an variety of health care professionals including physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. These highly skilled and compassionate caregivers are dedicated to providing quality patient care.
