EXPERIENCE SUNVIEW'S SUB-ACUTE CARE UNIT

SunView Care Center has 26 beds for residents requiring SUB-ACUTE CARE with the aid of licensed professional nurses and certified nursing assistants.

Our Sub-Acute Care Unit offers an advanced level of care for residents requiring complex health care needs.

An Interdisciplinary team comprised of Physicians, Nurses, Therapists and Social Workers work together to provide the highest quality of care.

Included in each resident's plan of care, is a dietary plan specifically designed to meet individual needs. All meals are served in charming, well-lit dining areas that encourages social interaction among the residents. All meals are carefully prepared under the supervision of a Registered Dietician.
