One who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia related disorders has special needs and requires skilled care and secure surroundings. We understand these needs and have responded by creating a very unique care unit called Valencia Villa.

Valencia Villa at SunView Care Center offers an environment specifically designed to allow residents the freedom to enjoy both indoors as well as the outside on secured walking paths, combined with a serenely beautiful outdoor sitting area. Walking and freedom of movement is promoted by the design of the center. Our staff encourages this form of activity to reduce agitation and anxiety; aid in sleep and stimulate appetite. Interior lighting, colors decoration and noise levels have all been modified to help orient residents and reduce their confusion. Activities specifically designed to promote healthful exercise, orientation and positive interaction are emphasized and conducted throughout the day.

Included in each resident's plan of care, is a dietary plan specifically designed to meet individual needs. All meals are served in charming, well-lit dining areas that encourage social interaction among the residents. All meals are carefully prepared under the supervision of a Registered Dietician.
